From the creator (fabric therapy) -  Therxfuse Lofty provides approximately 1mm more loft than fusible fleece. It’s added loft can often be used to substitute foam depending on projects. 

SELF ADHESIVE - does not require ironing; but can be ironed if desired for added structure/security.
