Our goal is simple: we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your JeannieBags order. If you're not, please contact us right away. We promise to do our very best to make it right.

Shipping
Fabric orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, often the same day. Because our bags and accessories are made to order, they usually ship within 10 business days (but often much sooner). Bags with monograms may take up to 15 business days. Learn more about shipping options and delivery times.

Need your order sooner rather than later? Please send us an email with details; we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.

Returns/Refunds
Some bags and accessories may be returned with seven days of receipt as long as each item is in the same condition it was when we shipped it to you. Items that have been used, smell like smoke, etc., may not be returned and will not be refunded.

Monogrammed bags/accessories and fabrics may not be returned or refunded. Sale items may not be returned.

In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, please email us immediately with details. We will do our best to correct any problems.

Buyers who return items that are eligible for refund will be credited the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please include the original packaging with your returned item.

Sales Tax
Only Kansas residents are charged sales tax. The current rate, set by the State of Kansas, is 7.65%.

JeannieBags accepts payments by Mastercard, Visa, Discover and PayPal. You'll select which payment method you prefer during checkout.

Monograms
Monograms of up to 6 characters may be added to many of our custom bags for a nominal fee of $10. A list of available monogram fonts is here. Please note that adding a monogram to your bag order adds up to five to 10 days for delivery.
